Outside Vehicle Lifts

The Outside electric lift is attached to the vehicle by means of a hitch receiver mounted on the vehicle and consists of a motor and a platform which secures and carries a manual wheelchair, scooter, or powerchair.  This is the most popular style of lift as it is easy to installed and removed from the vehicle easily.  A Swing Away Option is required for SUV's, Vans and Pickup Trucks in order to operate the rear door or tailgate.

Inside Vehicle Lifts

Harmar Inside Lifts secure and protect power chairs scooters or manual wheelchairs, safely for transport inside the cargo area of a vehicle typically often while maintaining the third row seats in Vans. Harmar Offers a variety of options to choose from, ranging from lift only to lifts with electric rotation and electric extension of boom for greater control and less manual effort.  Lifts work with a weight capacity of up to 400 lbs for wheelchairs, scooters or power chairs.

Hybrid Vehicle Lifts

Hybrid lifts are mounted in the cargo area of a vehicle, usually a van or some larger SUV's, and are designed to move out and down to the ground so the mobility scooter or Powerchair is driven onto the platform on the ground. It is then lifted electrically into the vehicle for transport. Hybrids provide easy drive-on, drive-off convenience and its interior storage of Power Chairs or Scooters make it perfect for regions where weather or theft is a factor.  Available for Minivans, SUV’s full-size vans and some Crossovers.

Vertical Platform Lifts
